The wife of Nigeria President, Aisha Buhari has recieved an international recognition award in Belgium on Wednesday at the African women’s forum on “Women’s Role in global security.”
She disclosed this on her social media page, as she dedicates the award to the Nigerian Military men and women who have lost their lives and those at the war front battling to restore peace in the North East.
The first lady was a key speaker among other first ladies from African.
She captioned the post: I whole-heartedly dedicate the award presented to me by the Belgian Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of Foreign & European Affairs, Minister Didier Reynders at the African women’s forum on “Women’s Role in global security” to the Nigerian Military men and women who have lost their lives and those at the war front battling to restore peace in the North East . The first lady was a key speaker at the event that was attended by several first ladies from Africa.
